Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants looking for a comprehensive solution to boost sales, build trust, and enhance customer engagement through various features like upsells, reviews, and trust badges, Squid: Reviews, Upsells & 25+ is the clear choice. Its higher rating and larger number of reviews suggest greater satisfaction among users. ThumbsUp is more suitable for merchants specifically seeking a simple way to collect like/dislike feedback on products and blog posts to understand product popularity. However, the low rating raises significant concerns about its reliability and effectiveness. Given the disparity in ratings and feature sets, Squid offers a much more compelling value proposition for most stores.
