Our Verdict
Squid is the clear choice for merchants wanting a comprehensive suite of tools to boost AOV and customer engagement. If your primary goal is maximizing sales through upsells, cross-sells, and social proof, Squid offers a wider range of features. However, if your main pain point is managing customer expectations around order fulfillment and reducing related inquiries, Time to Fulfill provides a targeted and potentially simpler solution. Given the absence of user reviews for Time to Fulfill, merchants considering it should proceed with caution and potentially contact the developer for a demo or trial before committing.
Ultimately, the best app depends on the merchant's priorities. Merchants experiencing fulfillment delays or consistently receiving inquiries about shipping times will find Time to Fulfill more valuable. Merchants focused on growth and leveraging multiple strategies like upsells, discounts, and reviews, should opt for Squid.
