Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim to have simple setups. Zigpoll explicitly mentions "no-code setup in seconds", suggesting a potentially faster and more intuitive onboarding process. The simplicity of Stockie can be inferred, but is not explicitly mentioned. However, with only 55 reviews, the interface might be simpler.
Which app integrates with Shopify better?
Zigpoll explicitly states it "integrates seamlessly with Shopify" and connects survey responses to customer and order dashboards. While Stockie likely integrates as well, its description doesn't provide specific details about its Shopify integration capabilities.
If I have a small store with limited resources, which app should I choose?
This depends on your priority. If managing inventory and avoiding stockouts is more critical at your current stage, Stockie Low Stock Alert might be more immediately beneficial. If customer feedback and improvement are more important, Zigpoll is the app to pick. Since Zigpoll is more developed, and probably more expensive, then a smaller store might find value in starting with Stockie.
