Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on offering and managing local pickup and delivery services, especially those with multiple locations or complex scheduling needs, Store Pickup + Delivery (CR) is the clear choice. Its robust feature set for setting rules, limiting orders, and managing locations makes it a comprehensive solution. Its higher rating and significantly larger number of reviews suggest a more stable and well-received app.
However, if a merchant is facing significant challenges with delivery accuracy due to poor addressing systems or complex locations, and already has a solid delivery infrastructure in place, what3words Address Field provides a valuable add-on to improve address precision. Although it has fewer reviews and a slightly lower rating, its specialized functionality could significantly reduce delivery errors and improve customer satisfaction in specific cases. A store in a rural area with unclear addresses would benefit from what3words. A restaurant offering takeout would benefit more from Store Pickup + Delivery (CR).
