Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a hands-on, customizable fraud prevention solution, Subuno appears to be the stronger choice. Its automation capabilities and focus on proactive prevention can help reduce fraudulent orders before they impact fulfillment. The 5/5 rating, although based on a small sample size, indicates high user satisfaction. However, it requires merchants to invest time in configuring and managing the rules.
Trouble Tracker | Chargeback is better suited for merchants who want to outsource chargeback management and receive alerts about potential problems. It frees up their time to focus on other aspects of their business, but potentially at the cost of direct control over fraud prevention. The lower rating suggests some users may have found the service less effective or satisfactory. If chargebacks are a frequent and significant issue, and you're willing to trade control for expert assistance, Trouble Tracker | Chargeback could be a worthwhile consideration.
