Our Verdict
SupaEasy is the clear choice for merchants seeking control and customization over their checkout process, particularly if they're transitioning from Scripts or need advanced features not readily available in the standard Shopify admin. Its AI-driven approach makes it accessible to merchants without extensive coding skills. TrackiPal, on the other hand, offers a targeted solution for merchants who rely heavily on PayPal and struggle with manually updating tracking information. It automates a specific and important workflow.
For merchants primarily concerned with order fulfillment and tracking, especially those using PayPal, TrackiPal is the better option. However, if the goal is to enhance the checkout experience and implement complex logic for discounts, shipping, or payments, SupaEasy is the more powerful and versatile tool.
