Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on directly boosting sales by improving the customer shopping journey, providing personalized product reminders, and leveraging advanced analytics, Swish (formerly Wishlist King) is the more suitable choice. Its robust wishlist functionality and seamless integrations make it a powerful tool for driving conversions. However, if a merchant's primary goal is to align their brand with environmental values, attract eco-conscious consumers, and build customer loyalty through shared purpose, ThankU ‑ Eco Customer Loyalty is the better option. The integration cost is likely lower, but its core purpose is less direct than Swish's.
Given the significantly higher number of reviews for Swish, it appears to be a more established and widely used app. However, ThankU may be ideal for niche e-commerce brands with specific ecological values.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim ease of setup. Swish offers a free setup and customization service, while ThankU touts a small, one-time integration effort. It's best to test them for your specific setup.
