Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing understanding customer shopping journeys and driving immediate sales through personalized engagement based on wishlists, Swish (formerly Wishlist King) is the stronger choice. However, for businesses primarily focused on building a comprehensive loyalty program with points, rewards, and referrals to encourage repeat purchases and foster long-term customer relationships, Zing Loyalty Rewards Referrals is more suitable. Although Zing has significantly fewer reviews than Swish, its core functionality is directly aligned with customer loyalty initiatives.
