Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a flexible, customizable solution built around Airtable for data management and creating tailored operational tools, SyncBase Airtable Instant Sync is the better choice. Its real-time, two-way sync and the option for custom builds by their Studio team offer significant advantages. However, for merchants who have outgrown basic accounting applications and require a comprehensive, pre-built ERP system to manage orders, inventory, financials, and more, Xorosoft ERP is the superior option. Xorosoft ERP provides a complete, integrated solution designed to streamline various aspects of the business, although it may lack the extreme customizability of SyncBase.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
SyncBase Airtable Instant Sync appears to offer a simpler initial setup with its 1-click installation and pre-made templates. Xorosoft ERP likely requires a more involved implementation process due to its complexity as a full ERP system.
Can I use both apps at the same time?
While technically possible, it's generally not recommended. Both apps handle similar data points (orders, inventory), potentially causing conflicts and data inconsistencies. It's best to choose one based on your business's needs and avoid overlapping functionalities.
Which app is more suitable for a multi-store setup?
SyncBase Airtable Instant Sync explicitly mentions multi-store support as a key feature, allowing users to connect data from all their stores into one Airtable base. Xorosoft ERP doesn't explicitly mention multi-store support, making SyncBase a better option for this scenario, unless Xorosoft ERP offers multi-store capabilities not mentioned in the description.
Does either app offer order management capabilities?
Both apps support order management. Xorosoft ERP integrates order management directly as part of its comprehensive ERP suite. SyncBase Airtable Instant Sync enables order management through the Airtable integration, allowing merchants to build custom order management workflows.
Which app has better inventory management?
Xorosoft ERP seems to offer more comprehensive inventory management features, boasting real-time inventory sync for up to 10 inventory levels. SyncBase Airtable Instant Sync allows for inventory management through its Airtable integration but doesn't specify the number of inventory levels it can handle, potentially making Xorosoft the better choice for complex inventory needs.
