Syncee for Suppliers vs Zoko: WhatsApp CRMfor Shopify (2026)
Syncee for Suppliers and Zoko: WhatsApp CRM are both Shopify apps categorized under 'Selling online' and 'Selling online - Other,' but they address fundamentally different needs. Syncee focuses on expanding a supplier's reach by integrating their products into a dropshipping and wholesale marketplace, targeting merchants looking to diversify their sales channels and automate product and order management. It allows suppliers to connect with retailers globally, particularly in the US, CA, EU, UK, and AU, without significant commitment. Our Verdict
The choice between Syncee for Suppliers and Zoko: WhatsApp CRM hinges entirely on the merchant's priorities. If the goal is to expand reach, access new retailers, and automate product and order management within a dropshipping/wholesale environment, Syncee is the clear choice. Its flexible shipping settings are crucial for suppliers using this model. Conversely, if the merchant is primarily focused on improving customer engagement and communication through WhatsApp, Zoko: WhatsApp CRM (assuming it delivers on its promise) is the better option. While Zoko has more reviews, Syncee's higher rating suggests better satisfaction within its niche. Without more information on Zoko, Syncee has a more clear value proposition.
