Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing efficient payment processing, faster access to funds, and minimized PayPal disputes, Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync appears to be the superior choice, particularly with its strong rating and positive user reviews. Its ability to sync tracking information from various sales channels, including Facebook and Instagram, offers an added advantage. However, if the primary goal is to provide customers with comprehensive and proactive order tracking across a wide range of carriers, coupled with detailed logistics data analysis, TRACK718 Order Track & Email might be considered, provided the absence of user reviews is addressed with thorough testing. New merchants could benefit from the proactive communications offered by Track718 to assist with growth, while those more established likely have those features in place already and would benefit more from Synctrack's payment assistance.
