Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily concerned with getting their funds faster from PayPal and minimizing disputes, Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync is the clear choice. Its specialization in PayPal and Stripe integration, combined with store reviews, directly addresses these concerns. The added support for Facebook & Instagram sales channel orders is a bonus.
On the other hand, if a merchant's priority is to enhance the customer post-purchase experience, reduce WISMO calls, and boost sales through branded tracking and proactive notifications, TrackingMore Order Tracking is the better option. Its comprehensive feature set, including branded tracking pages, EDD, and dropshipping tools, caters to a broader range of tracking-related needs. Both apps offer some level of PayPal integration, but Synctrack prioritizes this heavily, making it ideal if PayPal issues are a key business concern.
