Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a quick and easy way to add a WhatsApp contact button to their store, TEQIE Whatsapp Button could be a suitable option. Its simplicity likely translates to ease of use and quick setup. However, businesses looking to leverage WhatsApp as a strategic marketing channel with automated campaigns, abandoned cart recovery, and in-depth performance tracking should opt for WAX: marketing on WhatsApp. WAX's feature set caters to a more sophisticated approach to WhatsApp marketing, justifying its higher level of complexity. The greater number of reviews and perfect score also suggest stronger performance and customer satisfaction, although a larger sample size for TEQIE would be ideal for a fair comparison.
