Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a simple, cart-focused solution with detailed order-specific consent logging and pop-up terms display, Terms and Conditions checkbox might be a good fit, especially if support is available to help with theme adjustments. However, the low number of reviews is something to keep in mind. Termzy ‑ I Agree To Terms, with its higher review count and broader coverage across various pages, along with features like language support and country-specific options, is better suited for merchants seeking comprehensive consent management across their entire online store and customer interactions. The slightly lower rating is balanced by the significantly larger user base and feature set.
