Our Verdict
TinyCookie GDPR Cookies Banner is the clear choice for merchants prioritizing rapid and comprehensive GDPR and CCPA cookie compliance, especially those targeting European users. Its one-click installation, high rating, and extensive customization options make it a user-friendly and effective solution. Terms and Conditions Pro+ may be considered by merchants with complex products or specific legal requirements where granular control over terms and conditions on a per-product or collection basis is essential, despite the lower rating and fewer reviews. However, its significant rating difference suggests users have found issues, and careful evaluation/testing would be required before committing to Terms and Conditions Pro+.
