TRACK718 Order Track & Email vs Workflow Automation—React Flowfor Shopify (2026)
TRACK718 Order Track & Email focuses specifically on post-purchase order tracking and delivery updates. It aims to provide merchants with tools to monitor shipments across numerous carriers (2000+) and automatically notify customers of status changes via email. Its core strength lies in its global carrier integration and analysis of shipping performance. Workflow Automation—React Flow, in contrast, offers a broader range of automation capabilities encompassing order fulfillment, customer management, marketing, and more. It provides a no-code workflow builder to automate various processes beyond just order tracking, connecting with other business tools to manage multiple facets of the business. TRACK718's main value proposition centers around improved customer satisfaction through proactive delivery updates and logistics performance insights. It seems tailored towards merchants heavily reliant on shipping, especially those utilizing a variety of international carriers. Workflow Automation—React Flow appeals to a wider audience seeking to streamline various operational tasks and improve efficiency across multiple business areas, from inventory management to customer loyalty programs. It positions itself as a flexible platform for building custom automation workflows to suit specific business needs. The absence of ratings and reviews for TRACK718 is a significant disadvantage. While it promises a robust set of features, the lack of social proof makes it a risky choice for merchants compared to Workflow Automation—React Flow, which enjoys a stellar reputation based on a substantial number of reviews.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing transparent and proactive order tracking across numerous global carriers, TRACK718 Order Track & Email *could* be a viable option *if* they can verify its claimed functionality and reliability despite the lack of reviews. However, the zero rating and lack of social proof make it a risky choice. The free email push service and logistics track search widget are attractive, but ultimately unproven.
Workflow Automation—React Flow is the stronger recommendation for most merchants. Its established reputation, comprehensive feature set, and ability to automate a wider range of tasks make it a more versatile and reliable investment. While it doesn't explicitly focus on order tracking with direct carrier integrations, its integration capabilities allow merchants to achieve similar results through third-party services while benefiting from a wealth of other automation options.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use for basic order tracking?
While TRACK718 claims to offer a simple logistics track search widget, without reviews it is difficult to say. React Flow might require a learning curve to set up order tracking flows, but its visual builder may be more accessible over time.
Can Workflow Automation—React Flow track orders from 2000+ carriers like TRACK718 claims?
Not directly. Workflow Automation—React Flow relies on integrations with other services and apps to retrieve order tracking information. You'd need to connect it to a tracking service that supports the desired carriers.
If I only need order tracking, is TRACK718 a better choice because it's free?
The 'free to use' claim of TRACK718 is appealing, but the lack of reviews makes it a significant risk. React Flow likely involves a subscription, but the proven functionality and support may justify the cost. Evaluate your risk tolerance and due diligence is a must for TRACK718.
Which app is better for improving customer retention?
Workflow Automation—React Flow offers more tools for customer retention through automated tagging, loyalty programs, discounts, and personalized communications. TRACK718 primarily focuses on improving the delivery experience, which indirectly contributes to retention, but has less direct impact.
Does TRACK718 Offer Shopify Functions?
No, TRACK718 is not mentioned to offer Shopify Functions in the Description or Key Features
