TrackingMore Order Tracking vs Whatssy Whatsapp Order SMS OTPfor Shopify (2026)
TrackingMore Order Tracking and Whatssy Whatsapp Order SMS OTP serve distinct but overlapping needs for Shopify merchants in 2026. TrackingMore positions itself as a comprehensive order tracking and post-purchase experience platform, aiming to reduce 'Where is my order?' (WISMO) inquiries, build customer trust, and drive revenue through enhanced tracking pages, proactive notifications, and upsell opportunities. Its core strengths lie in branded tracking pages, multilingual support, dropshipping-specific features like hiding Chinese origins, and powerful shipping analytics. Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive and brand-centric order tracking solution with a focus on reducing support inquiries and driving sales through upselling, TrackingMore Order Tracking is the stronger choice. Its extensive features, proven track record (indicated by the higher review count), and dropshipping-specific functionalities make it a powerful tool for managing the post-purchase experience.
However, if a merchant's primary need is to communicate order updates and security codes directly to customers via WhatsApp and SMS, and they value immediate and personalized mobile engagement, then Whatssy Whatsapp Order SMS OTP might be a better fit. The smaller review count suggests it might be a newer app or cater to a more niche audience. Merchants should prioritize which communication channels and functionalities are most critical to their business.
