Our Verdict
Given the available data, Zapier is the more reliable and versatile choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its positive rating and larger user base indicate a more robust and well-supported application. While TrioM's specific order combination functionality might be appealing to a narrow subset of merchants, the concerning 0/5 rating suggests caution. Merchants should thoroughly investigate TrioM's reviews and consider alternatives before committing. Zapier's broader workflow automation capabilities offer more long-term value and potential for improving efficiency across various business processes.
