Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Zigpoll Customer Surveys appears to be the more reliable and valuable app for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its high rating and positive reviews suggest it delivers on its promises of gathering customer feedback and providing actionable insights. Merchants looking to understand their customers better and improve their business performance should strongly consider Zigpoll.
TrioM ‑ Combine, Merge Orders, with its 0/5 rating, presents a significant risk. Unless the app has undergone a major overhaul and dramatically improved its performance, it is difficult to recommend it. Merchants requiring order consolidation should thoroughly investigate alternative solutions with more positive reviews and a proven track record.
