Our Verdict
For established brands seeking to optimize the customer journey and integrate TBYB into their existing returns process, TryNow is likely the stronger choice. Its more comprehensive feature set and focus on lifetime value suggest a higher potential ROI for businesses already possessing a solid customer base. However, for newer merchants or those prioritizing rapid customer acquisition and a simplified setup, TryOnify presents a compelling alternative. Its emphasis on quick implementation and automatic payment management could be particularly beneficial for businesses aiming to minimize operational overhead and friction in the initial purchase process. Without additional data, it's difficult to definitively say which is 'better' overall; the choice depends heavily on the specific needs and priorities of the Shopify merchant.
