Our Verdict
Given the available data in 2026, Vennie: AI Chatbot for Zendesk seems like the safer choice for merchants already heavily invested in Zendesk and seeking immediate automation of common support requests. Its positive reviews and quick setup time indicate a more reliable and user-friendly experience. The multilingual support is a plus for growing international stores.
UnanimityAI, while promising a broader range of functionalities and greater customization, carries significant risk due to its complete lack of reviews. It might appeal to merchants seeking a more comprehensive, self-built AI support solution across multiple channels. However, merchants should proceed with caution and thoroughly vet the app before committing, possibly by reaching out to the developers for a demo or trial. Without user validation, its effectiveness and reliability remain uncertain.
