Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing a quick and easy solution to improve Meta and TikTok ad performance with server-side tracking and attribution, Upstack: Site Intelligence is the better choice. Its no-code setup and pre-configured integrations simplify the process of setting up accurate conversion tracking. Businesses already using Klaviyo will appreciate the native server-side pixel integration.
However, for merchants who need maximum control over their data collection and are comfortable with the complexity of Google Tag Manager, Wixpa Google Tag Manager ‑ GTM provides the necessary flexibility. If the merchant wants to track a wide variety of events or integrate with niche platforms, Wixpa is likely a better fit, assuming the merchant possesses the technical expertise to utilize GTM effectively.
