Vennie: AI Chatbot for Zendesk vs Zimplyfor Shopify (2026)
Vennie: AI Chatbot for Zendesk and Zimply are both Shopify apps in the Helpdesk category, aiming to improve customer support. Vennie is positioned as a ready-to-use AI chatbot for Zendesk that automates support requests directly within Shopify, focusing on streamlining operations for e-commerce stores. It boasts a perfect rating with a few reviews suggesting positive initial user experiences. Its key selling point is automating tasks like address changes and cancellations. Zimply, on the other hand, has no ratings or reviews, offering limited insights into its functionality or user satisfaction. Our Verdict
Based on the information available, Vennie: AI Chatbot for Zendesk is the clear choice for Shopify merchants already using Zendesk and looking to automate their customer support workflow. Its positive early reviews and specific feature set offer a more concrete value proposition. Given that Zimply has no ratings or reviews, it represents a significantly higher risk. Merchants considering Zimply should proceed with caution and seek additional information or potentially wait for user reviews to become available before making a decision. For merchants who prioritize proven functionality and positive user feedback, Vennie is the stronger contender.
