Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot vs Wizybot ‑ AI Chatbotfor Shopify (2026)
Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot and Wizybot ‑ AI Chatbot are both Shopify apps in the Chat category designed to enhance customer support and sales through AI automation. While Verifast boasts a perfect 5/5 rating, it only has 62 reviews, suggesting a smaller user base. Wizybot, with a 4.8/5 rating and 165 reviews, has a larger and likely more established presence, hinting at wider adoption and potentially more comprehensive feedback. Wizybot positions itself as a unified platform, streamlining customer conversations from multiple channels into one helpdesk, focusing on automation across support, sales recovery, and personalized experiences. Wizybot's key strength lies in its multi-channel integration (WhatsApp, email, chat, Instagram, Facebook, and more) and its robust WhatsApp marketing capabilities, including automated flows for abandoned carts and promotions. This makes it appealing to merchants heavily reliant on social media and WhatsApp for customer engagement and sales. Verifast's offering appears less feature-rich in the provided data, making direct feature comparisons difficult. However, the perfect rating suggests high satisfaction among its users, although the limited review count makes it difficult to confidently ascertain why. Wizybot appears to target merchants who require a complete, multi-channel support solution with marketing automation features, while Verifast's target audience is less clear from the provided data, potentially catering to those seeking a simpler, highly-rated AI chatbot solution.

Our Verdict
Wizybot appears to be the stronger choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive, multi-channel customer support and marketing automation solution, especially those who heavily utilize WhatsApp. Its larger user base and diverse feature set make it suitable for businesses handling a high volume of customer inquiries across various platforms. The WhatsApp marketing capabilities are a significant advantage for those looking to boost sales through targeted campaigns.
Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot might be a better fit for smaller merchants or those just starting with AI chatbots and looking for a simpler, highly-rated solution focused on core chatbot functionality. The perfect rating, albeit with a smaller review base, suggests a potentially more streamlined user experience and strong performance within its defined scope. However, without more information on Verifast's features, it's difficult to make a definitive recommendation.
