Our Verdict
Currently, based solely on the available data, vFulfill ‑ COD Dropshipping presents a significantly lower risk and a more reliable option for Shopify merchants. Its positive rating and existing user base indicate that it is fulfilling its promise for merchants specifically dealing with COD dropshipping.
ZM Express, while aiming for a broader audience with its general order fulfillment capabilities, suffers from a complete lack of validation. A merchant considering ZM Express should proceed with extreme caution, thoroughly investigating its functionality and support before committing. Without user reviews or external validation, its value and reliability are questionable. It might suit a merchant willing to be an early adopter and accept a higher risk in exchange for potentially being a pioneer.
