Waivers E‑Signatures‑SignPanda vs Xesto Fitfor Shopify (2026)
Waivers E‑Signatures‑SignPanda and Xesto Fit address entirely different needs for Shopify merchants in 2026. Waivers E‑Signatures‑SignPanda focuses on legal compliance and risk mitigation by enabling merchants to collect legally binding e-signatures on waivers or agreements. Its high rating and 13 reviews suggest a positive user experience. Conversely, Xesto Fit tackles the challenge of online shoe sizing accuracy. By integrating an iOS app for foot scanning and a product page widget, Xesto Fit aims to reduce returns and improve customer satisfaction in the footwear sector. The fundamental difference lies in their respective value propositions. Waivers E‑Signatures‑SignPanda offers protection and efficiency in managing legal documents, which would appeal to businesses requiring customer consent or agreement before service delivery. Xesto Fit, on the other hand, enhances the shopping experience for footwear customers by providing a tool to determine accurate shoe sizes. Xesto Fit also tracks which users are utilizing the widget, providing data that could inform marketing efforts. However, it currently lacks any reviews or user feedback to validate its effectiveness.

Our Verdict
Waivers E‑Signatures‑SignPanda is the clear choice for Shopify merchants who require legally binding digital signatures for waivers, contracts, or agreements. Its existing positive reviews demonstrate a functional and user-friendly experience. It directly addresses a critical need for businesses operating in regulated industries or requiring customer consent.
Xesto Fit, while offering a potentially valuable solution for shoe retailers, is currently a riskier choice due to its lack of reviews and reliance on users having an iOS device for the scanning component. Shoe retailers should consider Xesto Fit if they suffer from high return rates due to sizing issues and are willing to test a new, unproven solution. However, the app would greatly benefit from user reviews to help inform potential adopters of its value and ease of use. The user tracking feature might also prove valuable for targeted marketing, but this hinges on customer willingness to use the foot scanning functionality.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to integrate into a Shopify store?
Without user feedback on Xesto Fit, it's impossible to say definitively. However, Waivers E‑Signatures‑SignPanda's positive reviews suggest a smooth integration process.
Does Waivers E‑Signatures‑SignPanda work on mobile devices?
While the description doesn't explicitly state it, most e-signature apps are designed to be mobile-friendly, allowing customers to sign waivers on any device. It is implied that a user can sign on mobile, as it is a web app.
Can Xesto Fit be used without an iOS device?
Based on the description, the core functionality of Xesto Fit (foot scanning for sizing) requires an iOS device. However, the sizing widget can be displayed on desktops, suggesting users might enter measurements manually. The value proposition is however diminished without scanning.
Which app is more likely to increase revenue?
Both apps *can* increase revenue but in very different ways. Waivers E‑Signatures‑SignPanda streamlines operations, reducing administrative overhead and potential legal complications, indirectly saving or making money. Xesto Fit directly aims to increase revenue by reducing returns due to sizing issues and improving customer satisfaction, leading to repeat purchases.
What level of technical expertise is required to use each app?
Waivers E‑Signatures‑SignPanda likely requires minimal technical expertise, as e-signature apps are generally designed to be user-friendly. The level of expertise required for Xesto Fit is uncertain due to the lack of reviews, but setting up the widget and understanding the data tracking features may require some technical knowledge.
