Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a complete WhatsApp marketing solution with campaign building, automation beyond order updates, and customer support integration, WAX: marketing on WhatsApp is the better choice. It offers a comprehensive platform for driving sales and retention. However, for merchants who simply want to automate basic order status notifications and abandoned cart reminders via WhatsApp with minimal setup, WhatsApp by Klinko is a more straightforward and potentially more cost-effective option. The significantly higher number of reviews for WAX also suggests a more mature and widely adopted product.
