WebCEO GTO Malaysia vs Xorosoft ERPfor Shopify (2026)
WebCEO GTO Malaysia and Xorosoft ERP, while both categorized as ERP apps in the Shopify store, cater to drastically different merchant needs. WebCEO GTO Malaysia focuses on a very niche market: Malaysian merchants operating within specific shopping malls and needing to automate their POS sales reporting to those malls. Its primary value proposition is automating what would otherwise be a manual and tedious reporting process required by these shopping centers. The absence of reviews makes it difficult to assess its reliability and ease of setup. Xorosoft ERP, on the other hand, is a more generalized ERP system designed for eCommerce, retail, and wholesale businesses looking to integrate various business operations like order management, inventory, financials, and customer service. Its strength lies in providing a unified system for scaling businesses, boasting positive user ratings and a small number of reviews to support its claim of seamless integration.

Our Verdict
For a Malaysian retailer operating within one of the listed shopping malls and struggling with manual POS reporting, WebCEO GTO Malaysia could be a valuable time-saver, assuming it works as advertised despite the lack of reviews. However, the separate setup fee for unlisted malls is a significant caveat. Xorosoft ERP is the superior choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive ERP solution to manage their entire business operations. Its positive rating and reviews suggest a more reliable and effective solution for businesses aiming to streamline processes and scale beyond a single location or specific reporting requirements. For any retailer who doesn't need specific Malaysian mall GTO reporting, Xorosoft ERP is clearly the better option.
