xConnector vs Zipnova ‑ Envíosfor Shopify (2026)
xConnector and Zipnova ‑ Envíos are Shopify apps in the Shipping Rates category, but they cater to vastly different merchant needs and operate on different scales. xConnector, with a perfect 5/5 rating based on 61 reviews, focuses on comprehensive fulfillment solutions, including label creation, invoicing, calculated rates, return management, and even a collect points widget and mobile app for picking and packing. It appears to be targeted towards merchants who need robust tools to manage a significant volume of shipments, particularly those utilizing specific European carriers and invoicing services. Zipnova ‑ Envíos, on the other hand, presents itself as a more simplified and adaptable solution, with a much lower rating of 2/5 and only 1 review. It highlights flexibility by allowing merchants to use Zipnova's pre-negotiated rates, their own carrier contracts, or even their own vehicles. It also emphasizes shipment monitoring and problem resolution. It seems tailored for smaller businesses or those prioritizing flexibility and direct control over their shipping processes. The mention of 'recolección unificada, almacenamiento y fulfillment' indicates they offer additional services beyond basic shipping management. Based on the information provided, xConnector targets larger businesses needing a comprehensive suite of tools and integration with specific shipping and invoicing providers, whereas Zipnova ‑ Envíos aims for merchants seeking flexibility and potentially utilizing their own shipping infrastructure.

Our Verdict
For merchants requiring robust, feature-rich fulfillment and invoicing, particularly those heavily reliant on the specific European carriers supported, xConnector appears to be the superior choice. Its 5-star rating and higher number of reviews suggest greater user satisfaction and reliability. The mobile application for picking and packing further enhances its appeal for businesses with warehouse operations.
However, if a merchant values maximum flexibility in shipping options, wants to use their own carrier accounts or vehicle fleets, and appreciates hands-on support for resolving delivery issues, Zipnova ‑ Envíos may be a better fit, despite its lower rating and limited reviews. Its emphasis on adaptability suggests it's designed to accommodate diverse shipping setups and smaller operations.
Common Questions
Which app offers broader courier support?
xConnector explicitly lists support for numerous European couriers. Zipnova mentions 'múltiples transportes integrados' without specifying which ones, making it difficult to directly compare breadth.
Does either app offer international shipping?
While xConnector supports many European couriers, neither app explicitly claims international shipping capabilities. It's possible but not confirmed by the data.
Which app is better for a small business just starting out?
Zipnova ‑ Envíos may be more suitable for a small business, as it emphasizes flexibility and using your own contracts, making it potentially more cost-effective and easier to integrate into existing workflows. However, the low rating should be a point of concern.
Which app handles returns more effectively?
xConnector has a dedicated return request module for collecting requests and creating return shipping labels, suggesting a more robust return management system compared to Zipnova, where returns are not explicitly mentioned.
Does xConnector support only European carriers and services?
Based on the listed integrations (GLS, DPD, etc., and invoicing services SmartBill, Oblio, etc.), xConnector appears to primarily focus on European carriers and services. No information suggests support for carriers outside of Europe.
