Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unsupported delivery zones, and who wish to proactively manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines, Zipcode Checker ‑ Zipprover is the superior choice. Its features focus on building trust and transparency with potential buyers before they even add items to their cart. The 5-star rating and 32 reviews, although relatively few, suggest a positive user experience.
Conversely, if a merchant is already committed to using ZM Express as their courier service and seeks a streamlined integration for pushing orders and managing fulfillment, ZM Express is the only viable option. However, the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating should raise concerns and prompt thorough investigation or contact with the app developer before implementation. The app's value is intrinsically tied to the utility and reliability of ZM Express courier services.
