Add a Collection Highlight Hero

Create a collection highlight hero section on my homepage featuring the [COLLECTION_NAME] collection. Use [COLLECTION_IMAGE_URL] as the background image. Display the collection name [COLLECTION_NAME] as the heading in [TEXT_COLOR] at [HEADING_SIZE] pixels. Add a description [COLLECTION_DESCRIPTION] below the heading. Show the number of products: [PRODUCT_COUNT] items available. Add a CTA button labeled [CTA_TEXT] linking to /collections/[COLLECTION_HANDLE] with [BUTTON_COLOR] background. Below the main hero area, optionally show [NUMBER_OF_PRODUCTS] product thumbnail previews from the collection in a horizontal row. Use [OVERLAY_COLOR] at [OVERLAY_OPACITY] percent opacity over the background. Set section height to [HEIGHT] pixels.
