Build a Minimal Hero Section

Create a minimal hero section on my homepage with a clean, whitespace-focused design. Use [BACKGROUND_COLOR] as a solid background color (no image). Display the heading [HEADLINE_TEXT] in [HEADING_FONT] font at [HEADING_SIZE] pixels, centered horizontally. Add a short subtitle [SUBTITLE_TEXT] in a lighter font weight below the heading with [SPACING] pixels of space between them. Include a single understated CTA button labeled [CTA_TEXT] linking to [CTA_URL] with a thin border style and no fill. Use [TEXT_COLOR] for all text and button borders. Set generous vertical padding of [PADDING] pixels top and bottom. Keep the design deliberately sparse with no decorative elements.
