Build a Promotional Banner with Countdown

Create a promotional banner section on my homepage for a [SALE_NAME] sale. Display the heading [PROMO_HEADING] and subtext [PROMO_SUBTEXT]. Add a live countdown timer that counts down to [END_DATE] at [END_TIME] in the [TIMEZONE] timezone. Show days, hours, minutes, and seconds in the countdown.
