Dead Stock Identifier

What This Sidekick Query Does

Identify dead stock in my store:

Definition: Products with [0-2] sales in the last [90] days that still have inventory on hand.

For each dead stock item, show:

  Product name, SKU, and variant
  Current inventory quantity
  Inventory cost/value (if available)
  Last sale date
  Total units sold in last 90 days
  How long this inventory has been sitting


Group by:

  Tier 1: Zero sales, 90+ days (liquidate immediately)
  Tier 2: 1-2 sales, 60-90 days (discount or bundle)
  Tier 3: Declining trend, likely to become dead (watch list)


For each tier, suggest:

  Recommended discount percentage
  Bundle opportunities with popular products
  Whether to remove from store entirely


Summary:

  Total dead stock value
  Percentage of total inventory that is dead stock
  Top collections with most dead stock
