Build Internal Linking Strategy

Create an internal linking strategy for my Shopify store to improve SEO:

Analyze my current store structure:

  Map all collections and their products
  Identify blog posts and their topics
  Find orphan pages (no internal links pointing to them)
  Identify pages with too few or too many internal links


Recommend internal links for:

  Product pages: Link to related products, parent collection, relevant blog posts
  Collection pages: Add descriptive text with links to sub-collections and key products
  Blog posts: Link to relevant products, collections, and other blog posts
  Homepage: Ensure top collections and key pages are linked


Deliverables:

  Internal linking map (which pages should link where)
  Anchor text suggestions for each link (use natural, keyword-rich text)
  Priority list: fix orphan pages first
  Collection description templates with built-in internal links
  Blog post interlinking suggestions


Keep link count per page between 3-10 internal links. Focus on topical relevance.
