Inventory Forecast Report Generator

Generate a detailed inventory forecast report for my Shopify store covering the next [FORECAST_PERIOD] days. I need to plan purchasing for [PRODUCT_CATEGORY] products.

Please analyze the following and produce a forecast:


  Pull sales velocity data for each SKU over the past [LOOKBACK_DAYS] days, broken down by week.
  Identify trends – are sales accelerating, steady, or declining for each product line?
  Factor in any known upcoming events or promotions:
    
      [EVENT_1] on [EVENT_DATE_1] with expected sales lift of [LIFT_PERCENT_1] percent.
      [EVENT_2] on [EVENT_DATE_2] with expected sales lift of [LIFT_PERCENT_2] percent.
    
  
  For each SKU, calculate:
    
      Projected units sold over the forecast period.
      Current stock on hand versus projected demand.
      Recommended reorder date assuming [LEAD_TIME_DAYS] days supplier lead time.
      Recommended order quantity to maintain [SAFETY_STOCK_DAYS] days of safety stock.
    
  
  Flag any SKUs where current inventory will not last through the forecast period.
  Group results by [GROUPING_METHOD] (vendor, collection, or product type).
  Provide a summary table showing total units needed, estimated cost at current wholesale prices, and priority ranking.
