Multi-Location Inventory Transfer

Help me plan an inventory transfer between locations:

My locations:
[List your Shopify locations - e.g., “Main Warehouse”, “Retail Store NYC”, “Retail Store LA”]

Transfer goal:
[Describe - e.g., “Balance stock between warehouse and retail”, “Move slow sellers from retail back to warehouse”, “Stock up NYC store for upcoming event”]

Analysis I need:

  Current stock levels at each location for relevant products
  Sales velocity at each location (which location sells what faster)
  Recommended transfer quantities based on demand
  Products that are overstocked at one location but understocked at another


Transfer plan should include:

  From location -> To location
  Product name, SKU, variant
  Quantity to transfer
  Reason (demand-based, rebalancing, seasonal)
  Priority (urgent/normal)


Also flag:

  Products that shouldn’t be transferred (location-exclusive items)
  Minimum stock levels to maintain at source location
  Estimated impact on each location’s days-of-stock
