Create subscription management automations for my Shopify store:

Subscription Lifecycle Flows:


  New Subscription Welcome:
    
      Trigger: Subscription created
      Day 0: Welcome email with subscription details, manage link
      Day 3: Tips for getting the most from the product
      Day 7: Ask for initial feedback
    
  
  Upcoming Renewal:
    
      Trigger: 3 days before renewal date
      Email: “Your [Product] subscription renews in 3 days”
      Include: order summary, update/skip/cancel links
      Highlight: “Want to add anything? Get 10% off add-ons”
    
  
  Failed Payment:
    
      Trigger: Subscription payment fails
      Attempt 1: Immediate email — “Payment failed, please update card”
      Attempt 2: 3 days later — reminder with urgency
      Attempt 3: 7 days — “Last chance before we pause your subscription”
      Auto-pause after 3 failed attempts
    
  
  Skip Request:
    
      Allow customers to skip next delivery
      Maximum 2 consecutive skips
      After 2 skips: “We miss you! Here’s 20% off your next box”
    
  
  Cancellation Prevention:
    
      Trigger: Customer initiates cancellation
      Offer alternatives: pause, skip, change frequency, swap products
      If proceeding: exit survey (why are you leaving?)
      Offer: “Stay and get 25% off your next 3 renewals”
    
  
  Win-Back Flow:
    
      7 days after cancellation: “We miss you” email
      30 days: Special reactivation offer (30% off)
      60 days: Final attempt with best offer
