Supplier Lead Time Tracker

Help me set up a supplier lead time tracking system for my Shopify store. I work with the following suppliers:

Please configure the following:


  Establish baseline lead times for each supplier:
    
      
      
      
      Include shipping transit time, customs clearance (if international), and receiving processing.
    
  
  Track actual lead times:
    
      Record the date each purchase order is placed.
      Record the date inventory is received and verified.
      Calculate actual lead time for each order.
      Build a rolling average of actual lead time per supplier over the past [MONTHS] months.
    
  
  Analyze lead time performance:
    
      Average, minimum, maximum, and standard deviation of lead time per supplier.
      On-time delivery rate (within [TOLERANCE_DAYS] days of promised date).
      Trend analysis: are lead times getting longer or shorter?
      Seasonal patterns: do lead times increase during [PEAK_PERIOD]?
    
  
  Set up alerts:
    
      Notify when a pending order exceeds expected lead time by [ALERT_DAYS] days.
      Weekly report on all open purchase orders and their status.
      Flag suppliers whose average lead time exceeds their stated lead time by more than [VARIANCE_DAYS] days.
    
  
  Use actual lead time data to improve:
    
      Reorder point calculations (use actual lead time, not stated).
      Safety stock levels (factor in lead time variability).
      Supplier scorecards for negotiation and evaluation.
    
  
  Create a supplier comparison report to identify the most reliable suppliers for [KEY_PRODUCT_CATEGORY].
