While direct mail can be effective, its costs can be a significant barrier, particularly for smaller businesses or those experimenting with different marketing channels. Some users might find BirdseyePost's feature set limiting, especially if they are looking for broader marketing automation capabilities beyond direct mail. Others may find the full-service approach less appealing if they prefer more hands-on control over design, printing, and mailing processes. Finally, integrating direct mail efforts seamlessly with other digital marketing channels and analytics can be challenging, prompting merchants to explore solutions that offer more unified data and campaign management.
