The app's low rating (1.4/5 based on limited reviews) often reflects issues with reliability, ease of use, or missing features. Users frequently seek alternatives that offer more robust CSV handling, better error logging, and a more intuitive interface for managing product images at scale. Merchants need a solution that seamlessly integrates with their existing workflow, provides clear feedback on import processes, and handles large datasets efficiently. This often leads them to explore apps with more comprehensive feature sets, better support, and a proven track record of success within the Shopify ecosystem.
