Merchants often seek alternatives to customer support apps like Tipi Help for a variety of reasons. Given Tipi Help's lack of reviews and ratings, merchants might be concerned about the app's reliability, feature set, and ongoing support. They may be looking for more established solutions with proven track records, richer feature sets, or better integrations with other Shopify apps.
Specifically, merchants may be seeking a more robust helpdesk system with features like AI-powered assistance, multi-channel support (email, social media, live chat), order management functionalities (refunds, cancellations), or advanced reporting capabilities. Price is always a factor, as well. Some merchants might prefer a solution with transparent, usage-based pricing instead of a fixed-price model, especially if their support volume fluctuates.
