Our Verdict
For dropshipping businesses or those prioritizing order tracking visibility and brand protection (hiding origin info), 17TRACK Order Tracking is the better choice. However, for established DTC brands experiencing significant return volumes and wanting to optimize the return process for revenue recovery and customer retention through automation and smart offers, Return Prime: Return & Exchange is the superior solution. It offers more sophisticated tools for managing and monetizing returns.
