ABConvert: A/B Testing vs Quick Quotefor Shopify (2026)
ABConvert: A/B Testing and Quick Quote are both Shopify apps focused on improving pricing strategies, but cater to vastly different merchant needs. ABConvert focuses on optimizing existing store elements through A/B testing to increase conversion rates and average order value. It enables merchants to test various aspects of their store, from product prices and shipping rates to theme and checkout flows. The core strength of ABConvert is its comprehensive A/B testing capabilities and real-time analytics, aimed at data-driven decision-making for growth. Quick Quote, on the other hand, provides a mechanism for customers to request customized quotes directly from their shopping cart. This is particularly useful for businesses offering complex or customizable products, or for B2B sales where negotiated pricing is common. Its strength lies in facilitating personalized pricing and customer interaction, allowing merchants to offer discounts and build relationships with potential buyers. Quick Quote is ideal for merchants who need a flexible pricing strategy and value direct customer communication over automated A/B testing.

Our Verdict
Choosing between ABConvert: A/B Testing and Quick Quote depends entirely on the business model. If a merchant is focused on optimizing existing sales processes and improving conversion rates through data-driven experimentation, ABConvert is the clear choice. It provides the tools to test different pricing strategies, shipping rates, and store designs to maximize profit.
However, for merchants who offer custom products, cater to B2B clients, or require flexible pricing based on negotiation, Quick Quote is the better solution. This app provides a streamlined way to manage quote requests, offer discounts, and communicate directly with customers, allowing for a more personalized sales experience.
