Our Verdict
For merchants who are primarily concerned with complying with accessibility standards like ADA, AODA, and WCAG, and who want to create a more inclusive shopping experience for users with disabilities, AccessEz‑ Accessibility Widget is the clear choice. Its features are specifically tailored to assist users with various disabilities and enable merchants to meet legal requirements.
On the other hand, if a merchant is primarily focused on improving site navigation, reducing bounce rates, and boosting SEO through structured data, Breadcrumbs Galore is the more suitable option. However, it's important to consider the lower rating and fewer reviews compared to AccessEz, which might indicate some potential drawbacks in terms of user satisfaction or support. Merchants should also carefully weigh the legal and ethical considerations of website accessibility for disabled users before prioritizing navigation and SEO.
