Account Blocks, Ui Extensions focuses on providing comprehensive customization of customer account pages, order information, and the checkout process leveraging checkout extensibility. Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking to globally improve their customer journey by customizing account pages, order updates, and checkout flows with added features like 'Report a problem' and 'Order Notes,' Account Blocks, Ui Extensions seems the better option. Its ability to integrate trust badges, social media links, and delivery instructions during checkout is a clear differentiator. However, due to the limited number of reviews, its reliability and support quality are still unknown.
Conversely, if a merchant's primary challenge revolves around the efficient and accurate management of Cash on Delivery orders, FlashDelivery COD Manager is likely the more targeted and relevant solution. The higher number of reviews, despite a slightly lower rating, suggests a more established and validated solution within its niche. Merchants with a heavy focus on COD orders are better off with FlashDelivery COD Manager; those looking for broader customization capabilities should lean towards Account Blocks, Ui Extensions, while exercising caution due to the lack of substantial review history.
