Addly • AI Bundles & Upsells vs AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawerfor Shopify (2026)
Addly • AI Bundles & Upsells and AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer both aim to increase Average Order Value (AOV) through upsell and cross-sell strategies. However, they approach this goal from different angles. Addly focuses on a broad suite of discount strategies, including AI-driven product recommendations, bundle discounts, volume discounts, and product add-ons, catering to merchants seeking comprehensive and customizable discounting options. In contrast, AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer seems to emphasize enhancing the shopping experience with a smooth, optimized cart interaction, potentially focusing more on conversion rate optimization via improved user experience at the cart level. Addly seems to target merchants who are actively looking to experiment with diverse discounting strategies, customize offer layouts, and leverage AI for product recommendations. They would benefit from the granular control over discount targeting and detailed analytics offered by Addly. AMP likely caters to merchants prioritizing a clean, user-friendly shopping experience and a streamlined cart interaction, aiming for a more subtle increase in AOV through improved cart usability. While both apps boost AOV, Addly does it with a broader array of strategies, while AMP likely optimizes the existing cart experience.

Our Verdict
If you're looking for a comprehensive solution to explore various discount strategies, leverage AI for product recommendations, and meticulously control how offers are presented, Addly • AI Bundles & Upsells is the better choice. The customizable discount logic and detailed analytics can significantly boost AOV, but may require more setup and configuration. On the other hand, if your priority is to improve the user experience within the cart itself and subtly increase AOV through better cart usability, AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer is likely the more suitable option. The high rating and large number of reviews suggest a well-regarded product for this specific purpose.
For larger stores with complex product catalogs and a desire to experiment with varied discount offers, Addly is the stronger recommendation. For smaller stores or those prioritizing simplicity and a focus on cart optimization, AMP is the better choice.
