Admitad Tracking (Affiliate) vs Toki Loyalty Program & Rewardsfor Shopify (2026)
Admitad Tracking (Affiliate) and Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards cater to entirely different needs within the Shopify ecosystem. Admitad Tracking focuses specifically on affiliate marketing, providing tools for merchants already leveraging or planning to leverage affiliate networks to track link and coupon conversions in real-time, using S2S tracking. It's designed for merchants actively using the Admitad network and needs real-time conversion data directly within their Admitad dashboard. The app's current lack of ratings and reviews is a significant concern. Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards, on the other hand, offers a comprehensive loyalty and rewards platform. It's designed to help merchants build deeper customer relationships through points-based systems, VIP tiers, referrals, and even paid memberships. Toki aims to increase customer retention and engagement through various loyalty-driven campaigns. The app's high rating and positive review count suggest user satisfaction and a robust feature set. The free live support and onboarding are appealing to merchants of all sizes who want help setting up their loyalty program. The apps only share the 'Affiliate programs' category in Shopify because both are intended to get more sales. Admitad accomplishes this through tracking affiliate referrals and Toki accomplishes this through loyalty perks and programs.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants already heavily invested in the Admitad affiliate network and needing precise, real-time conversion tracking specifically within that platform, Admitad Tracking (Affiliate) might be a necessary tool, although the lack of reviews is alarming. However, its limited scope makes it unsuitable for merchants not already using Admitad.
Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards is a far more versatile option for most Shopify merchants. If the goal is to improve overall customer loyalty, retention, and engagement through rewards programs, referrals, and VIP tiers, Toki offers a comprehensive and seemingly well-regarded solution. Given the positive reviews and support options, it's the clear winner for merchants focused on building direct relationships with their customers and fostering long-term loyalty.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on the descriptions, Toki is likely easier to set up, especially given the free live support and onboarding. Admitad Tracking requires an active Admitad account and potentially more technical configuration.
Does Admitad Tracking offer general affiliate program tools?
No, Admitad Tracking is specifically designed to work with the Admitad affiliate network. It's not a general affiliate program management tool.
Which app provides better insights into customer behavior?
Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards offers detailed analytics showing engagement metrics, ROI, and customer insights related to loyalty programs. Admitad Tracking focuses on affiliate conversion data, not broader customer behavior.
Can I use both apps together?
Potentially, but the apps address different aspects of marketing. A merchant could use Admitad Tracking for tracking affiliate sales and Toki for rewarding customers for other actions (e.g., social engagement, UGC). However, there may be overlap and redundancy.
Is Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards free?
The description indicates that Toki offers free support and onboarding, but doesn't specifically state that it is completely free. There are most likely different pricing tiers based on usage and features.
