Our Verdict
CN PDF Viewer is likely a better choice for most merchants in 2026 based on existing user feedback and its focus on providing informational content to customers seamlessly. Given that it has a perfect rating, however preliminary, and boasts a variety of customization features that are critical for maintaining brand identity. In contrast, Advanced Voice Mail might be valuable for merchants specifically seeking voice-based customer feedback and prioritizing direct verbal communication. However, the lack of reviews raises concerns.
CN PDF Viewer suits merchants looking to enhance their customer experience with accessible product manuals, catalogs, and other essential documentation. If a merchant needs to collect audio messages, Advanced Voice Mail, if updated with good customer feedback, could meet the goal; otherwise, the functionality might be better built using more well reviewed or developed apps or custom code.
