Free checklist & auditGet the free BFCM checklist & auditMerchants seek alternatives to Advanced Voice Mail for various reasons. Since the app has no reviews, users may be wary of its reliability and functionality. Additionally, merchants may look for more robust customer communication options that integrate seamlessly with their existing workflows, offering more advanced features like analytics or deeper customization options beyond simple voicemail recording. The lack of social proof can make trying a 0-star app a risky venture, especially with other highly-rated options available.
Voice mail is an online voice recorder app that allows your customers to send you voice mails.

The information available for Ests Inquire Pro is not adequate to evaluate it as an alternative.
More data is needed to determine the best use case.

Given the app's lack of reviews, there's little evidence of its reliability or effectiveness. Exploring alternatives with proven track records and robust features may provide a better customer experience.
Even for basic voicemail needs, exploring alternatives can offer better reliability and potential for scalability as your business grows. Some apps provide a more polished and trustworthy experience than one with no reviews.
While none of the listed alternatives explicitly mention CRM integration in their descriptions, RetainIQ mentions adding multiple data sources and APIs which could facilitate CRM connectivity. Further research into RetainIQ's integration capabilities would be necessary.
No, the listed alternatives primarily focus on different aspects of customer communication and don't offer the specific functionality of recording customer voicemails. Ringly.io uses AI to answer support calls, and none of the other options offer voice recording.
Consider your specific needs and goals. If you want to reduce support volume, an FAQ app is a good choice. If you want to personalize communication, RetainIQ is better. Consider your budget and desired feature set before making a decision.
